karnATik Singers - Prithi Narasimhan
Prithi Narasimhan began her musical training at the age of six from her grandmother Mrs. Saroja Srinivasan. She then studied music with the younger sister of the Thavuttupalayam sisters, Mrs. Nyanamani near Trichy and performed with her as her prime disciple. Later she moved to Chennai and learned music from Mrs. Ramasundari Krishnamurthy, a music teacher at Kalakshetra. She has also studied the veena. She has performed in various competitions and temples in Trichy and Chennai, India. She now lives in Dallas, Texas. Contact:
