Meaning:

pallavi

siddhar innam uNDO - Is there another mystic
bhUlOkattil - on this earth ?

Note : Siddhars are ascetics who have acheived perfection and also attained the eight Siddhis and other mystical powers. Here the composer says that the Lord is the greatest of Siddhars.

anupallavi

allAmal - Other than
attar - our father
tillai vAzhum - residing in Tillai (Chidambaram),
ambalavANar - the one in the dancing hall,
Anandat tANDavarAyar - the lord of the blissful dance, (is there another mystical one?)

caraNam 1

eppaDi - The way that
oppiDu vittaigaL - comparable arts/tricks
ulagattil - are in the world
uDalE ceppAga - (have) the body as a cup,
uyirE pandAga - the soul (Jeeva) as a ball (placed in it)

viLaiyADina pinbu - After playing
ceppiDu viddaigaL - these deceptive arts,
(The Lord is the Siddhar who)
oLikkum - hides/makes everything vanish
enru - such that
ceppumillai - there is neither cup
pandumillai - nor ball. (Is there another mystical one like him?)

Note: Seppu means a cup and SeppaDi Vittai means the sleight of hand displayed by magicians, making the ball in a cup disappear. While other Siddhars may be able to transfer souls from one body to another, the Lord makes the world appear and disappear at will. Seppadi becomes ceppiDu in the verse.

caraNam 2

kinnarar kimpuruSar pADa - As the divine beings Kinnaras and Kimpurushas sing
hitam solli - voicing praises
iDandanil ambikai - as Goddess Parvati to His left
kaN kaLIkUDa - rejoices with Her eyes (with the sight),
patanjali vempuli - as Sage Patanjali and the fierce tiger(Sage Vyaghrapada)
anjali paNNap join their hands in obeisance,
nidamum ninRu ADum - the one who dances always
padam saliyAmal - without His feet ever getting tired, (is there another mystical one?)

Note : there is some word play here since Patanjali and Padam sali are written similarly in Tamil and sound similar.

caraNam 3

allAmal - Apart from
tANDavarAyan - the Lord of dance,
tandu aruL - who graciously grants
sAlOka sAmIpa sArUpa sAyucciyam - the four kinds of Mukti (Salokya, Samipya, Sarupya and Sajuyya)
kaNDu - when we see,
vaNangit tudittiDa - salute and praise
malarp-padam - (His) lotus-like feet
tEDa aridAna - that are difficult to seek and find
mAloDu brahmanum - even to Vishnu and Brahma, (is there another mystical one?)
